1. The media file can not be accessed because the media server is offline. Server status:
Online. Go to step 2.
2. We have made a mistake whilst uploading the media file, and therefore the media file can not be accessed.
3. This is more likely to be the problem. You might not have the correct plug-ins installed on your computer.
- Below we have created 2 easy steps so you can easily find out was the problem is.
Step 1: If the server status is online, go to the media file you want to watch, and right-click on ‘download this file’. Select the menu option ‘Save-as’. If the file does not start to download, then we have made a mistake whilst uploading. If the file starts downloading, go to step 3.
Step 2: It turns out, the problem isn’t on our side, but with your computer. All you need to do is install a couple of plug-ins.
