Micheal Crook has his priorities wrong. And Hannity is just a stupid Neanderthal that doesn't know when to shut up and can't play by the rules.
The guy was trying to explain his answer and Hannity kept interrupting him. If he had let him finish his answer, Hannity would've been satisfied.

It's an internet scam.
