| This video is actually pretty old already. Is there a more recent video of how good the kid can play today? I'd like to see how much he's improved over his already impressive talent. |

| Now all he needs to do is practice playing like that after 16 pabsts, a couple shots of henny and a few lines of yak and he just might be good enough to take on tour. |

| Playing drums looks like the easiest thing in the world to do. I hope it's harder than it looks... |

Nice free style but I wander how he would do with a band playing a song Oh yes and a few beers |

While they are probably the most fun instrument to play, they are actually pretty hard. You have to have good coordination. If you don't have it, it can get frustrating trying to do all the multi-tasking.
It also puts a strain on your arms and legs. Another reason I'm impressed with this kid. He's doing so much repetitive stuff, but his arms and legs have to be on fire doing all of that work over and over. |

the kid is probalby really good but his solo just sucks. it sounds really put-together for me and it doesn't fit nowhere. well, he maybe fast and he maybe strong but that's about it.

This is the type of person who can play with all kind of flash when he is playing alone. But, put him with a band and he probably can't keep a steady beat. Keep in mind, drums are not an instrument. The reason drummers play in bands is they like to hang out with musicians!!! |

doomed to a life of technical drumming for example, he was playing the beat from 'under a glass moon' by dream theater @ 1:20.
no doubt he was skilled but when you learn to play an instrument strictly through rudiments and technicality instead of through feel your style is never going to be as original as it could be. |
