cute, but silly.
there's no such thing as a "nuclear non-proliferation treaty" in real life. that's like trying to have a gunpwder non-proliferation treaty or an internal combustion engine non-proliferation treaty. its human knowlege, and anyone who can figure it out and wants one is going to get it (see iran, a signatory of the non-prolifferation treaty, and the iaea's uslessness in the face of their open development of nukes).
the only thing that keeps any of this in check is that the powers least likely to use them have more. this cartoon accidentally explains the mutually assured destruction theory.
the u.s. will never send nukes to china and vice versa. in fact it's china's nukes, rather than the u.s.'s or france's, which keep north korea's in effect. |

Iran isn't openly devolping nuclear weapons but nuclear energy. Get your facts straight next time you want to sound like Professor Dipshit. Anyway, I just wanted to comment on how old this animation is, I saw this alooooong time ago. Still makes me laugh, i'm le tired now. |
