	If he had not slammed on the brakes he would have just probably just hit the curb real hard... Maybe messed up his rims and the side on his car... Seems like that car should of had ABS brakes ???

i think they do have ABS in standard trim. maybe he should have learned his breaking points a little better before showing everyone what a tit he could be!

i keep saying "he". was it a he or she driver???

Well, The ABS bakes were obviously disconnected... You can plainly see the front wheel is locked up before he leaves the road... As for the boy girl thing, we will never know...

	from where the driver started breaking i doubt ABS would have made any real difference anyway.

	It appears the driver was momentarily distracted and went up on the adjoining sidewalk where the very low car bellypanned on the curb, effectively losing breaking or control. Once this happened, he hit what appears to be a garbage can which threw the car into the air, where the car actually hit the tree high up. He did not hit the tree and slide up. Probably a very momentary lapse at low speed, by someone who would normally be considered a skilled driver.
