This AOL operator was part of a section of AOL that they used to call "Membersave". What they try to do is to retain your account by trying to figure out why the person is cancelling. My wife used to work in that dept, and I used to work for them (AOL UK). It sometimes depends on if there's a high call wait - if there is then the accounts are cancelled more easily...  |

| i went through this same exact thing with my old bank account when I moved to oregon. They transfered my call to differrent people trying to convince me to keep the account, even though the bank didn't exist in oregon. Stupid fuckers. |

Are the company busting the balls of their employees if they cancel accounts without being annoying wankers or something, the other guy sounded as if he was going to cry if it happened.  |
