	Germany has a high max.speed, and dangerous driving on high-way such as cutting off lanes at those speeds is one of the things they pull you over for... Aswell, if you're escaping in a chase and get on the high-way, these guys stop you. Actually, I'm not sure how effective that car is in a dangerous chase? How would this lamborgini squad react if someone shot their car with a sawn-off ? Or even if someone escaping in a muscle car just rams into them ? It only works if the people they pull over comply... Since they can't quite do any techniques with only one fast car...
