I think once everyone had picked out the glass from their foreheads they could safely say that didn't go to plan. Who'd trust a scientist dressed like that anyway?

	^^ No idea, only that it was flammable and in most cases the fumes are as well. And by the looks of it, i'd say his misstake was that he sealed the neck of the jug too tight with the rod and too much gas was building up. As it ignites the contents and if it doesnt have anywhere to go, it forces it's way out in one way or another (BOOM!) Slowmo on this one would have been cool!
