Windows Vista Installation

Anthony from the Opie and Anthony show spent over 12 hours trying to install Windows Vista without success. After downloading countless drivers that didn't work and dealing with lots of hardware conflict issues, he finally figured out the best way...

	The problem is tho he said his computer is brand new and as such new parts = compatable with a new OS. Or should be, Also lets not forget that when XP first came out there was an tons of shit not compatable with it. So it probley is true to some degree but also not true in some things.

When the first 8086/8088s came out, there were quite a few companies using their own disk operating systems but were not as foreward thinking as a tiny software company that a couple of kids started in their garage so quickly yeilded to an almost overnight market leader. The major problem with the alternatives was that they restricted their OS to their own PCs ie Apple and IBM.

Personally I think that £45 is a fair price.

People love to bitch and moan about MS but I think the bloke did a great job making himself into a billionaire.

Oh and if macs are so good, why arnt there more of them? Why did they release a pro version of a Windows emulator so mac users can run windows PC software? Food for thought.

Dont get me wrong I like Macs but I refuse to buy a barely upgradeable system for the prices Mac are charging just because they still feel that they are the elite arm of the computer industry.
