The truck and the emigrants are of the same relative blurring from movement, while the background is blurred. It's what results from panning a shot rather poorly.

No, the truck and kids would NOT be blurred. It would have been taken from a car, moving about the same speed as the truck and kids.
How ever, the motionblur is really crappily made, so it does not look the tinies bit realistic.
Also, the person who made it, forgot to blur the wheels, as they would be spinning, and therefore also should be motion blurred.
Plus you can see around the edges of the kids and the truck, the soft border, since the guy didn't even do a good job cutting them out. So the motionblur of the surroundings, actually blend a little with the kids.
This FAKE is extremely crappy. |
