i actually agree with you, i live in a safe suburbian area neighborhood and about 2 years ago these punk vandal/skaters started terrorizing us, well after 6 months of that i caught them in my backyard, i grabbed one of them by the hair, kneed him in the face and a size 13 boot to the nuts, never saw them here again, but i do see him at the mall every month or so, with his tail between his legs.
