that was very impressive. Theremins are an instrument that feeds off of radio frequencies based on hand placement. i believe the right hand controls the volume and the left controls the tone. Its very hard to play. It was widely used in early sci fi soundtracks for its bizarre sound. The beach boys used it for the beginning of Good Vibrations. Anyways, class dismissed. |

| No it's not hard to play. It's very easy. But this was very good. Sounded a lot like a voice actually, and kinda better than the real thing! |

You just don't know what you are talking about. It is infact very easy. Ofcourse it's not easy to play it as well as him, but you can easily learn to play it pretty much as good as you can whistle.
I DID try it. Go try it yourself to get a clue. And yeah ofcourse some people will have a harder time than others. |

You're right about everything in your post except for this. It was a homemade device called an electro-theremin, which was not a true theremin as featured above but an instrument which could mimic its sound. |

Theoretically you could reverse the sides of the pitch and volume fairly easy. |
