The dialogue at the end had the driver of the black car saying he swerved to miss something; but i'd agree that it looked much more like a blowout than a swurve... A swurve after he hit the e-brake maybe.

	As someone who has worked in motorcycle accident reconstruction let me just say that if you're gonna crash on your bike, that's the way to do it - hit the hood from the side and fly over it. Because you're pretty much dead if you t-bone the car (your head usually smashes into the top of the door frame) or you hit the car straight on (you break your kneck on the windshield) or you hit it from the side (you'll lose at least a limb if you're lucky). She probably is gonna walk away without any serious injury. I know her back hurts but it's not broken if she's able to sit up just fine.
