	It look likes the people in the big boat made fun of the small boat that they were sinking and the guy splashed them. The attacker said 'do that one more time' which he does resulting in this little fight. Judging from the comments from the guy not involved in the fight without the shirt on (at the end helping the guy who was in the boat) the people in the big boat were making fun and joking at the small boat. But that is not shown on the video. And yes, I am dutch and it's dutch

	The old guy on tells the guy in the sinking boat to stop splashing water at him. "Last time, or i'll come over and i'll jab you". The guy in the sinking boats can't believe what he just heard and ask the old guy "what you say". Old guy repeats himself. Sinkingboatguy says "come on then". The brawl starts. The other folks in the background start to scream "stop it, leave him alone etc etc" Dutch people are odd folks =)
