with first aid you would not take the helmet off in-case of neck damage.
But if someone is convulsing and likely to swallow their tongue or choke on vomit then paralysis is not a problem if you are dead and you take it off as they did. I'm not sure they knew that and looked as if they were panicking tbh. |
