thats who i always talk to them and ask them as many questions as possible, and drag it out for ages, make them think im really interested. then you ask to speak to a supervisor, and get him to explain everything for you, then you ask for the other guy back, and repeat yourself, then when you grow bored of screwing them around say "sorry im not interested"

they are always far from impressed
