Because you are a pathetic pawn that does whatever seems popular and accepted.
And for living in the country that invented the language, you sure have trouble speaking it coherently..
p.s. This was an extremely rare occasion that I actually took the time to read one of your posts. |

^ Invented is a bit too much, it's more a product of several languages derived from several invasions and adoptions of foreign words. The basis was anglo-frisian, and a tad of celtic after the invasion of the islands in the 5th century. And it might sting a bit for the anti-french to know that french was a major influence to the language, after the Viking/Anglo-norman invasions. All in all, it is interesting to read about the english language and how it came to be as we know it. |

^ Lol, well they threw it together at least. Leave it to the English to steal or *borrow* from as many cultures as possible.
It is very much a conglomerate of many languages, especially latin and french, which is why it is such a versatile and 'universally accepted' language... Though, I'd say that the world partially has the US to thank for the universalization aspect, but the relation to many other languages helps I'm sure.
However, origins of the language aside, my original point still stands: istrex is the ultimate layman peasant. |

Don't know too much about the universalisation bit there. But you're goddamn right about istrex, and his inability to form complete words and build meaningful or even coherent sentences.
More annoying than that however, is the constant implementation of football/soccer (whatever the proper term is in english for the sport) in almost every goddamn comment on virtually every thread on this site. Live too hard for one singular interest and it engulfs one's whole life ? |

Well for starters, how about the fact that we are able to communicate right now? |

lol, ok, i see the miscommunication now. i was only saying that the US has had a lot to do with the spread of english to countries such as your own, not that we necessarily communicate the language any better than any other primary english speaking country.
either way it's a moot point so who cares |
