You really just like picking fights, who was wrong is obvious and since we don't know what country it was in you can't say the legalities of it. In the States you cannot make a manuver like that with or with out a bloody blinker. You are not aloud to move 2 lanes or more like that. Common sense here obviously says that the car is wrong and that you are a duche bag sometimes. I will concede only one thing, the possibility of speed being a factor, however its not what you think, the car was gonig too slow!!!  |

This happened in Poland. Within city limits (speed limit 60 km/h = 37 mph), which you can say by the shape of the bus stop. The white car is FSO Warszawa 203 (made in '60s in Poland & USSR), very old, very slow. So, according to polish rules the car in front of you has the right of way if its going to the right side lane. I don't know how fast this biker was, but generally bikers in Poland are driving like maniac and are often called 'mobile organ donors'. |
