He tries to get out of his court apperance by faking a heart attack. It's a pretty tough one to pull off when they test to see there's nothing wrong with you.

Its attitudes like that which will always keep minorities from bettering themselves. Where I am from there are many affluent "African Americans" who don't take that as an excuse.
