AVAST, “article 2, chapter 3, section 1 of the YDM rule book” is in regard to the salvage, rescue towing, or re-floating of a sunken or grounded vessel, (like YDM) where oil and/or chemical spills or crummy re-posts are involved.
You are confusing it with article 3, chapter 2, section 1a of the YDM rule book for websites a-sea wherein: “any person setting foot ashore who cries “FIRST” and found to be guilty of this felony after trial by court-martial is to be keelhauled during a tropical storm in the Bearing sea.” Appendix 4f’ reads: In ‘lieu of’ finding suitable conditions in which to carry out this mandatory sentence, the convicted felon (herein and forevermore to be referred to as ‘FIRST bottom feeder’) is to be restrained by a hawser in the bilge of YDM until succumbing to a fatal dose of u-Tube videos fed intravenously.  |
